Our company is a growing manufacturer specializing in precision mold making and injection mold manufacturing. Operating from Maple Ridge, BC, we are known for producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment while focusing on teamwork, accuracy, and continuous growth.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll, GST/PST remittances, and T4 slips.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end accounting tasks.
• Prepare customer invoices and coordinate shipping documentation.
• Support customs documentation, office administration, and production teams.

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Sage 50 Pro, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and BC sales taxes.
• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Able to read and work with both metric and imperial measurements is considered an asset.
