Role:
We are seeking a skilled Construction and Maintenance Electrician with a minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting, small repairs, electrical renovations ( both small and large scale), power and distribution, and fire alarm projects
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and renovations on electrical systems
- Execute power and distribution tasks efficiently
- Undertake small and large-scale electrical renovation projects
- Install and maintain fire alarm systems
- Interpret and understand blueprints accurately
- Communicate effectively with facility and property managers
Qualifications:
- Journeyman / 309A Electrician certification
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Construction and Maintenance Electrician
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairs, and electrical renovations
- Strong understanding of power distribution systems
- Experience with fire alarm projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle high-stress situations and demanding projects
